Our part is to pressure wash first, let dry and then scrape any remaining loose paint, set nails back in place, apply primer, sand, and caulk (we use 55 year or life-time caulking). Then cover-up all non-painted surfaces - drop cloths on the walkways, mask windows - you get the picture.

Your part is to have the shrubbery cut back from the house, supply water and facilities. And as always we ask you have valuables removed from the area; everything else we can protect and cover.
